How to launch Packeta plugin in 3 simple steps

Let’s launch the system

Implementing Packeta is very easy if you have a digital integration in your online shop (such as Shoptet). All it takes is a few clicks in the online shop admin.

In case you have a more complex online shop solution, an administrator/programmer can help you with the implementation. You can connect to Packeta via API and start enjoying all the benefits immediately! We offer various system customization options to fit your online shop perfectly.

Pick-up point search engines work miracles

Don't have a digital integration for your online shop? We would recommend adding a pick-up point search engine (widget) manually; because with it, customers can easily choose a pick-up point that best fits their requirements.

A search engine also allows you to filter pick-up points—for example, by weekend opening hours, payment options, wheelchair accessibility, etc. The data is updated daily so your customers always have up-to-date information.

Update your shopping cart

Write a brief description of the delivery method next to the Packeta logo. This could read "Next-day delivery to your selected pick-up point" or "Your order will be delivered to a pick-up point of your choice. We´ll notify you via text message and email when your parcel is ready for pick-up". Add our logo so your customers can identify their favorite carrier right away.

Place a banner on your homepage

Inform your customers directly on the homepage that you started delivering with Packeta. This will send a clear message immediately and they´ll be excited to start shopping or try a new delivery method!

Use a pop-up window

Is Packeta a new delivery option in your online shop? Let your customers know on the first page they see. A pop-up window will catch their eyes immediately.

Create a subpage about the Packeta service

Creating a subpage with a summary of offered delivery methods is a great way to inform your customers about the process and benefits that Packeta brings. A link such as onlineshopname.com/packeta would be ideal.

How does delivery by Packeta work?

  • In the shopping cart, select Packeta as the delivery provider.

  • A pick-up point search engine will pop up with a map of available delivery locations near you.

  • Select the location that suits your requirements the best. You can choose from pick-up points or self-service Z-BOXes.

  • When your parcel is ready for pick-up, you´ll receive a notification from Packeta (or Zasilkovna) via text message and email with the password for pick-up. A notification in Packeta mobile app will also pop up.

  • With the password, you can set off to your chosen pick-up location.

  • At the pick-up point, share the password with the clerk or pair your phone with the Z-BOX using Bluetooth.

  • COD can be paid in cash or by card directly upon pick-up, or via Apple pay/Google pay in Packeta mobile app.

  • Delivery to pick-up points gives you 7 days to pick up your parcel. With Z-BOX delivery, you have 2 days for pick-up at any time (since Z-BOXes are available 24/7).

  • We recommend downloading Packeta mobile app to keep track of all your parcels and access limitless options and perks.

  • Returns are also easy with Packeta! All you need is to enter your parcel info into our app and bring the parcel to any pick-up point.
