Pick-up point delivery

Don´t wanna wait around for a courier? Take advantage of our pick-up points! Choose one from tens of thousands across Europe and drop by to pick up or drop off your parcel at your own leisure.

Z-BOX delivery

Z-BOX is a self-service delivery and shipping point available 24/7. Customers can easily open lockers with their phone using Packeta mobile app and Bluetooth. Our Z-BOXes are contactless, self-sufficient, and run on solar energy.

How does it work?

Upon checkout in the shopping cart, select Packeta as the delivery provider. Next, select your most convenient pick-up point from the list. You can search by street, city, or even ZIP code.

When the online shop has your order ready, they hand over the parcel to us for shipping and after processing it, we'll contact you with parcel info and a tracking number.

Then, you can track your parcel's journey online.

Once the parcel is delivered to your chosen pick-up point, you´ll receive a text message and an email with the pick-up password. Then, you can pick up your parcel when it suits you within the next 7 days.
