Virtual cart

A virtual cart is a feature or a component of an online shop that allows customers to collect and organize the products they want to purchase. It acts as a temporary storage area for selecting items before completing the purchase process. As the customers browse the online shop, they can add products that interest them or that they wish to buy into the virtual cart. Each item in the cart usually has basic information such as the product name, price, and quantity.

The virtual cart may also provide additional information, such as a summary of the total amount for selected items, including taxes, shipping price, and/or discount codes. This way, customers can see the total price of their purchase before proceeding to checkout.

Packeta allows customers to pick up their orders from online shops at selected pick-up points. In the case of an online shop, delivery with Packeta can be one of the options offered when choosing a delivery method.

After selecting Packeta as the delivery provider, customers will most likely be asked to enter the address of the preferred Packeta pick-up point. After the order is completed, the online shop proceeds by shipping the goods and Packeta will take care of the rest.
