TARIC
The Electronic Integrated Customs Tariff (abbreviated as TARIC) is used to monitor foreign trade statistics of EU countries and trade between member states. It is an integrated tariff of the European Union, which introduces a common system for coding and classifying goods known as the Combined Nomenclature (CN). It is thus essential for the processing and publication of EU trade statistics. TARIC contains all tariff rates and some EU regulations applicable to external trade, on the other hand, it does not contain information related to national taxes, e.g. VAT.
