A drop-off point refers to a Packeta locations where one can drop off a parcel for transport. This is most often a retail store of our partner, which operates as a parcel pick-up point. Most pick-up points serve as drop-off points as well. At the drop-off point, the customer shares the drop-off password, which is generated by Packeta mobile app, with the drop-off point´s staff and they take care of the rest.
